Travel Guidelines:
- Flight arrangements should be made with at least 21 days notice
- It must be clarified who will be paying for the arrangements. Before we can charge a Leagues Card or NICA it must be OK’d. For Leagues, by the League Director, for NICA, by NICA Staff.
- NICA will make flight arrangements with a low cost airlines. Such as Southwest. If you prefer another type of airlines, you must pay the difference and book the travel on your own.
- Any additional cost/request (e.g. direct flights, high cost arrival/departure times, trip extension) are not covered and will have to be paid separately.
