Coach Education Program
The purpose of the NICA Coach Education Program is to deliver comprehensive training to NICA coaches that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to provide quality programming to NICA student-athletes. Quality coach education is the cornerstone to developing great youth coaches who can support the mission and vision of NICA.

Kicking off our 2022 NICA Awards recipient announcements with Josh Foster. This head coach of the Bentonville West High School team in arkansasmtb is the recipient of the srammtb Coach of the Year Award!
"NICA has been a great place for me to grow as a leader, coach, mentor, and peer," says Josh. "I’m surrounded by hundreds of people who want to show off the wonderful world of mountain biking and get more kids on bikes, on a team, and in a great culture that gives them friendships to last a lifetime.
I would not have been able to be in this position without the coaches around me supporting the team and myself along the way."
