North Carolina NICA - August 4, 2025
Discovery Manager

The National Interscholastic Cycling Association (“NICA”) in the Spring of 2017. Since that fi rst year of 320 riders and 140 coaches, the North Carolina League has grown to over 860 student athletes, 520 coaches and 50 teams.

Utah NICA - August 4, 2025
League Director

The League Director is an executive level full-time hybrid staff position in the Utah High School Cycling League. Key responsibilities include providing leadership, setting up the culture, and ensuring correct business practices.

West Virginia NICA - Sep 5, 2025
League Director

League Directors serve as employees of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA), and work with national leaders and experts to translate national know-how into local capability. The WV League Director will also work with a West Virginia advisory board of leaders and advocates to build connections and unlock local opportunities.

Nebraska NICA - NOV 5, 2025
GRiT Program Coordinator

The GRiT Program Coordinator plays a critical role in helping NICA get more girls on bikes. They serve as the program lead for the GRiT Initiative in each league. GRiT Coordinators collaborate with league directors and the national staff to develop recruitment, retention, leadership, and allyship plans for each league. They are responsible for supporting, guiding, and empowering GRiT coaches and student-athlete ambassadors to implement the plan.
