League Director
The League Director is an executive level full-time hybrid staff position in the Utah High School Cycling League. Key responsibilities include providing leadership, setting up the culture, and ensuring correct business practices.
North Carolina NICA - August 4, 2025
League Director
The North Carolina Interscholastic Cycling League began as a project league of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (“NICA”) in the Spring of 2017. Since that first year of 320 riders and 140 coaches, the North Carolina League has grown to over 860 student athletes, 520 coaches and 50 teams.

League Director
The League Director works under the guidance of NICA national to accomplish the mission, fulfill the vision and incorporate the values of the organization into the league. The League Director is a NICA employee, reporting to the President of NICA and is responsible for overseeing League operations, promoting and maintaining NICA’s core values and culture.

The Pennsylvania NICA Outreach and Team Development Coordinator (Western PA) is a leader who relentlessly pursues bringing teams to life and putting kids outside on wheels in the woods across Western PA, with a particular focus on the Greater Pittsburgh area.
